Dun N.14 Batu Kawa Service Center is providing land premium refund application form filling service for the resettlement resident in the constituency starting from September 18th, said Local Minister and Housing, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian.

Dr. Sim who is also Batu Kawa State Assemblyman, met with the Superintendent Kuching Division Hardi Bin Fadillah Hamzah, obtained the cooperation from the authorities to let the Dun N.14 Batu Kawa Service Center to assist the public to fill out and apply for land premium refund.

He disclosed  that there are 577 plots of land in the Batu Kawah Constituency entitled for refunds, with a total refund of more than RM8 million. “Members of the  public who are eligible for refund are urged to bring the required documents such as land owner,  IC, payment documents, bank statement, print-out-of-title, to the service center for assistance,” he added.Dun N.14 Batu Kawah Service center service hour Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
