Developments in the 7mile township will benefit the local populace
State Asssemblyman for Batu Kitang said Mile 7 will have another big foodcourt, giving people more options for the variety of food and drinks which will be well received by the public.
The 7th Mile Tar Zen Food Center will be able to attract more crowds to the area. It’s a very busy business district to eat and shop, bringing more revenue to 7 miles, driving more traffic to this area.
In recent years, 7 miles went through vigorous developments, shop buildings are increasing. Human traffic are increasing as well, making it very suitable for businesses.
It is hoped that housing developers will build more condominiums as well as affordable housing in the area to increase the number of local population.
“The significant increase in population, will certainly increase the number of business opportunities, directly promoting the 7 mile region’s economic prosperity and development – in the end, the people in that area can benefit,” he said.
He expressed confident of 7 mile’s future constructions, improvements and development will developed it into one of Kuching’s prime town.
