Sunny Hill Secondary School ceremony to pay tribute to former Chief Minister
Sunny Hill Secondary School held a special ceremony on Monday to pay tribute to the former chief minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem.
Education superintendent Brian Scott Padam, who led the prayers, called on everyone to ponder the meaning of time and reflect on how fragile life is.
Batu Kitang assemblyman and Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) chairman Lo Khere Chiang, who was also present during the occasion, pledged to protect a 46-acre plot approved by Adenan for a park project in Batu Kawa, dedicating it in his memory.
Lo said the late CM showed us the Adenan Way and left behind a legacy and a challenging task for his predecessor to inherit.
