Sarawak Energy Mobile App ,”SEB Cares”
Sarawak Local Government, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian paid a working visit to SESCO western region office yesterday morning to promote Sarawak Energy Mobile App ,”SEB Cares” for greater customer choice and convenience.
With SEB Cares, customers can contact Sesco anytime to manage and monitor electricity bills, check on billing, meter issues or related cases.
Customer can report feedback and on SESCO’s services and facilities such as street lights problem.
It can also receive time alerts on power outage and planned shutdown besides news and update on Sarawak SESCO.
