Singing can bring joy – Dato Sebastian
State Assemblyman for Piasau, Dato’ Sebastian Ting congratulated the winners for the 42th Malaysia competition organized by the Sarawak Miri Rainbow Chorus Society on Sunday night at the Civic Centre.
Ting who officiated the singing competition, said singing is not only a good entertainment activity but it can bring joy to a person’s life. He said singing is a good way to interact with one another and those joining competitions can also learn the skills of others and exchange ideas.
The final competition was competed among 26 singers from all over Malaysia.
Taking the female championship is Miss Wu Kwang Cheong from Sabah while Wang Jin Lin from Penang is the best Male vocalist and overall Championship.
