New district officer and councillors for Bau
Local Government Minister Senator Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hia n witnessed the swearing in of New district officer and councillors in Bau recently.
He said many local councils had already been sworn in Sarawak and he called to them to do their job well.
Dr. Sim said there will be no change in the list as it was already agreed upon by the State cabinet.
He said said the ministry would come up with key performance indicators (KPI) for all councillors, and called for them to be contactable by the people on the ground as it is their job to assist the people.
