许徳婉:雪州非伊斯兰宗教场所规划指南引起关注

近日雪兰莪州政府通过的非伊斯兰宗教场所规划指南引发社会广泛关注与争议,相关指南涉及限制非伊斯兰宗教场所设立地点及附加条件的内容,引起部分长期认同行动党主张多元文化与宗教自由的民众质疑。 人联党中央妇女组主席兼砂总理政治秘书许德婉认为,砂行动党有责任向砂民清楚交代其立场。 她指出,行动党长期以来以捍卫多元文化、宗教自由及公平对待各族群与各宗教为政治理念,并以此获得华社及非穆斯林社会支持,但如今在其参与执政的州属却出现具争议性的政策,自然引发质疑。 她表示,雪兰莪州政府是在行动党参与执政下通过有关规划指南,因此必须回答,这是否就是行动党一贯的价值观。 “如果是,那么过去对华社及非穆斯林社会的承诺是否只是竞选口号?” “如果不是,为何行动党雪兰莪州议员允许如此具争议性的政策静悄悄通过?” 她强调,砂民更关注的是,行动党参与执政州政府所推行的政策,是否反映其真实立场。 她因此呼吁砂行动党必须清楚说明,是否认同有关政策方向,以及是否接受对非伊斯兰宗教场所设立地点及附加条件的限制。 她说,砂行动党不应继续保持沉默,若不认同应公开表达立场并向中央施压要求撤回;若认同,也应坦诚解释理由,而非在砂拉越高举监督制衡旗帜,却在面对同党执政州属争议政策时避而不谈。 她指出,砂拉越长期以来以多元宗教与族群和谐共处为荣,并透过UNIFOR等机制协助不同宗教团体改善设施与发展,体现包容精神。 她强调,砂民更希望看到促进理解与包容的政策,而非增加限制或制造疑虑的措施。 她呼吁砂行动党正面回应社会关切,并明确说明是否认同雪州有关非伊斯兰宗教场所规划指南的方向,同时质疑其所谓“自主性”是否真正落实在实际政治立场之中。


陈超耀荣获杰出旅游先锋奖

Public urged not to borrow from illegal money lenders
