古晋多个兴都组织于前晚联办已故首席部长拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿迪南沙登的追悼仪式。砂地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤、首长政治秘书陈开、邓文武和苏莉群也一同参与，与众人通过宗教仪式来怀念首长。 此追悼仪式是在古晋万福路的印度庙举行，联办单位包括古晋兴都青年组织、古晋兴都协会、Sri Maha Mariamman庙及古晋印度人协会等等。
古晋中中校董会追悼已故首长
由古晋中中校董会发起的已故首席部长拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿迪南沙登追悼仪式，于昨晚在古晋文化路的露天剧场举行。 砂人联党主席兼地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤连同古晋中中校董会主席兼晋汉连省华总会长拿督黄良杰及古晋中华小学校董会主席王长福等人，与在场约1000名民众与学生，点燃蜡烛追思阿迪南。 众人以蜡烛制成“悼”字，表达对于阿迪南沙登的深深怀念。
阿邦佐宣誓上任第六任首长
现年66岁的拿督阿玛阿邦佐哈里今日宣誓上任第六任首席部长，取代于本月11日不幸逝世的前任首长拿督巴丁会丹斯里阿迪南沙登。 阿邦佐哈里为砂土保党的署理主席，他于今日下午4时10分，在州元首府，于州元首敦丕显斯里泰益玛目面前宣誓。 阿邦佐哈里的妻子拿汀阿玛朱麦妮等内阁成员及高级公务员，见证这项仪式。 砂人联党主席兼地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤亦率领人联党领袖、包括秘书长兼卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师、助理部长拿督李景胜及助理部长拿督法兰西哈登等，出席这项仪式。 阿邦佐哈里在政坛上经验丰富，从政超过30年，在砂督选区担任州议员已经9届。 其父亲已故敦阿邦哈芝奥本是砂拉越首任州元首。

Candle-light tribute to Adenan Satem
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party Central has decided to express our grief for the loss of our beloved Chief Minister and to show solidarity with fellow Sarawakians by lighting a candle and bringing flowers to various sites. Led by SUPP secretary general, Dato’ Sebastian Ting with a group of SUPP leaders turned up at the Amphitheatre and Padungan to lit candles and prayers for the CM. Ting said, SUPP leaders and members are doing the same thing in Miri and Sibu.

首长拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿迪南沙登的逝世感到十分悲痛，他的逝世是砂拉越人民的一大损失。他也借此向首长阿迪南的家属致于哀悼。 陈超耀受访时指出，首长阿迪南于担任砂助理部长时，因为职务需要经常要到美里，所以他当年便认识了阿迪南，迄今已逾20年。 阿迪南在首长任期虽然不到3年，但是他推行许多新行政政策，就环境和永续森林管理及执法，拒绝种族和宗教极端主义，要联邦政府权力下放，捍卫砂拉越人的权利，让我们每一个砂拉越子民都受惠。 对于他的逝世，陈超耀相信全体砂子民都会为这位伟大的领袖离世感到悲痛和惋惜。陈超耀尤其对首长阿迪南的:“你的上帝也是我的上帝”（Your god is also my god)经典名言，完全彰显他大无私和开通思维，他更向砂人保证人人都能自由奉行他们的宗教。 拿督陈超耀续称，阿迪南自2014年接任砂首长迄今，在短短不到3年任期，已经为砂拉越子民作出的贡献很多很多。他为砂拉越人民作出许多改革，都是利惠人民，以民为本的政策。

We welcome the recent government announcement to clarify to the issue of the amendment of paragraph 13(1) Schedule 6 of the Income Tax Act 1967 which had recently created some confusion among the parties affected. 实都东社区市集迎来76支吊扇和19个墙扇（wall fans），于日前邀请砂地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤主持启用礼。 沈桂贤在场表示，古晋南市市政局属下的市集将会继续进行设施提升工作，为小贩与消费者带来舒适的环境。他说，尽管设施不断获得提升，但在体恤小贩之下，他们的租金始终没有调涨。 他保证，地方政府部会继续拨出款项，提升砂拉越各地市集的设施。 他说，在实都东社区市集方面，南市也必须关注其他设施，比如增加停车位。因为如果没有足够停车位，可能会导致民众不愿前来光顾。 该市集装置新风扇的费用，分别是吊扇1万9559令吉，而壁扇1万5533令吉。
