峇都吉当议员拿督罗克强指出，联邦教育部长近期提出在同一课室安排两名教师同时教授英文、科学与音乐三科的建议，虽被形容为“创新举措”，实则是一项欠缺规划、试点与评估的仓促政策。 他表示，若政策未经试行便全面推行，全国教育体系恐将因此陷入混乱，导致教师与学生不必要的负担与困扰，并造成公共资源浪费。 罗克强指出，砂拉越在教育政策上一直秉持稳健、因地制宜的原则。例如在废除小六检定考试（UPSR）后，砂拉越并未盲从，而是推出小六双语评估测试（Primary Six Dual Language Programme Assessment Test），以符合本地教育实际需求，广获社会欢迎。 他说，砂拉越政府在砂总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里领导下，始终坚持以马来文与英文并行作为工作语言，并继续以英文教授科学与数学科目，明确表明英文并非文化威胁，而是通向科学、科技、工业、投资与创新的全球语言工具。 他反观希盟在2018年执政期间，一名来自行动党的砂拉越领袖在出任副部长后，却反对强化英文教学媒介，这与其在反对党时期的立场完全相悖，显示其选择服从联邦政策而非维护砂拉越利益。 罗克强说，砂拉越政府在教育发展上采取务实且前瞻的政策，包括推行免费高等教育与奖助学金计划，确保经济因素不会成为年轻人升学的阻碍。 “共同教学（co-teaching）若执行得当，确有助益，但教育部所提的‘两教师三科并教’模式，并未真正针对问题核心。”他说，该部声称此举可提升课堂创意并协助较弱学生，甚至建议合并两班教学，但这将造成课室更拥挤、课堂噪音增加、教师协调困难、教学负担倍增。 他指出，教学成效需要清晰领导与课堂连贯性，不同教师风格与教学节奏若未协调，极易出现一方主导、一方退居次席的情形，反而不利学生学习。 “试问今日任何一名教师，是否愿意同时教授三门科目、合并班级、倍增备课时间、并在嘈杂的课室内兼顾不同程度学生的需求？若教育部真愿投入资源，不如用于减小班级规模，更具成效。” 他指出，国际上成功的共同教学通常仅限于“一科一课一班”，多用于特殊教育支援，而非日常三科并教；跨学科教学虽有成效，但多以专题形式出现，而非固定课堂模式。 罗克强强调，校园霸凌与学生行为问题并非教学方式所致，而是心理与社交层面的问题，正确做法应是增加辅导员、心理教育与纪律教师人手，而非推行复杂的课堂架构。 他也肯定砂教育部长拿督斯里罗伦沙嘉、副部长拿督安努亚拉派与副部长法兰斯哈丁在强化砂教育体系方面的努力，并呼吁政策应建立在“务实、可行、可持续”的基础上。 “砂拉越不应因为政策来自布城（Putrajaya）就被迫照搬。我们有责任为自己的学生、教师与未来，选择最适合砂拉越的道路。” 他说，砂拉越必须继续坚持：“做对砂拉越最正确的事。”

人联党中央妇女组主席兼砂总理政治秘书许德婉抨击砂行动党主席张健仁及其社青团，要求砂政府兴建所谓“非营利私人医院”的言论，是试图把他们身为执政党及国会议员的失职转嫁给砂政府，更是一场误导性的政治表演。 许德婉指出，根据《联邦宪法》，医疗是联邦政府的责任。砂拉越长期透过石油与天然气、个人所得税及销售税，为国家贡献庞大财政收入。她质问，既然砂拉越已持续为国家付出，为什么砂民还要为了联邦政府该承担的义务再次埋单。 她强调，砂行动党不仅没有为砂拉越争取应得的联邦拨款，反而要砂民付“三次钱”，包括石油天然气收入贡献、砂民缴付的税收与销售税，以及再动用砂拉越国库。 她说，砂行动党社青团声称这是“以民为先的领导”，但事实恰恰相反，这是砂行动党无法在布城捍卫砂权益、无力落实《大马协议1963》，却企图转移责任的政治操作。 她指出，砂行动党的提案看似“为民请命”，实则是典型的“空炮政治”，一贯以煽动性口号博取掌声，却回避现实挑战。 “他们不谈如何解决医护人员短缺，不谈如何争取联邦卫生权下放，不谈如何确保财政可持续，反而抛出一个听起来好听但难以执行的建议。” 她表示，这种做法很典型，提出听起来照顾人民的口号，避开实际操作与财务问题；若政府没做，就批评“你们不关心人民”；若政府做了，就声称“这是我们的建议起作用”。这不是负责任的政治，而是表演政治。 许德婉也讽刺指出，如果建所谓“非营利私人医院”，却要以公立医院收费，那还叫私立医院吗？这根本是概念混乱。私立医院是以市场机制运作、病患自费或保险支付的机构；若以公立收费标准运营，那其实就是公立医院，只是换个名字。 她进一步指出，医疗体系的关键不只是“建医院”，而是后续的人力、设备维护、药品采购及行政运营。即使砂政府愿意出资兴建，联邦卫生部是否准备好接收与配合仍是问题，全国医护人手不足的情况早已不是新鲜事。 “张健仁是否有具体方案解决？难道放空炮就能解决医护短缺？” 针对社青团所谓“机场与医院选一个”的言论，许德婉认为这是企图分化砂民。 “这与张健仁早前要求砂政府放弃兴建新机场、只升级现有古晋国际机场的言论如出一辙。为什么砂行动党总是叫砂拉越‘不要想太多’、‘够用就好’？难道砂民就不配拥有更好的设施与未来？” 她重申，砂拉越应当享有先进的交通系统与完善的医疗设施，而且应由联邦政府公平拨款承担，因为砂拉越已通过天然资源和税收长期为国家贡献。 “交通是经济发展的动脉，医疗是人民福祉的基础。新机场、自动捷运系统（ART）与医疗设施，都是推动砂拉越现代化的重要战略工程，绝非奢侈品。” 她最后指出，砂拉越不应因砂行动党在布城无力争取发展资金与医疗拨款而被牵连。砂民要发展、要公平、要前进，但绝不应接受砂行动党把自身在联邦的不作为推给砂政府。
