美里市长兼埔奕区州议员俞小珊提醒公众,诈骗案件层出不穷,必须时刻提高警惕。他指出,如今诈骗手法多样化,包括爱情骗术、投资陷阱,甚至出现“政治诈骗”,令人防不胜防。 他是今午在埔奕区服务中心移交拨款仪式上致词时作出上述呼吁。 俞小珊说,诈骗分子越来越狡猾,许多受害者往往在被骗后才恍然大悟。“有些音乐学院类的诈骗,会要求学生缴付报名费、比赛费或购买乐器费用,甚至连比赛都根本不存在。受害者往往直到金钱被骗光后,才发现上当。” 他指出,诈骗种类繁多,从爱情、事业、投资到网络平台,甚至连政治领域也出现所谓“政治骗术”。“有些人以选举为由,承诺若当选将兑现种种好处,但上台后就完全变了样。这种行为,本质上也是一种‘政治诈骗’。” 俞小珊强调,诈骗案件几乎每天都在发生,公众必须保持警惕,不要轻易相信网上讯息或未经证实的承诺,以免辛苦积蓄被骗光。 此外,他也在会上再次分享砂拉越贫民房屋维修计划(PPRMS)的最新进展。他表示,该计划自2018年推出以来,旨在协助低收入家庭维修破旧房屋,确保住家安全及舒适。 他指出,自他于2021年12月当选埔奕区州议员以来,已协助完成205宗房屋维修个案,受惠人数达830人。“其中珠巴区有23间、卑尔骚区82间、埔奕区99间房屋受惠。这是政府帮助基层家庭改善居住环境的重要计划。” 俞小珊呼吁,凡是居住在N74埔奕选区内、符合资格且有需要维修房屋的居民,可向其服务中心申请援助,他将尽力协助。
