The public and business operators are weary of repeating apology by Sarawak Energy which is meaningless in nature.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blackout wreaked havoc on traffic, where are the traffic police on duty?<\/p>\n<p>3. Who should be accountable for the loss and damage incurred by the blackout? Manufacturers and businessmen etc are not at fault but why should they bear the loss resulting from the blackout?<\/p>\n<p>4. CM Adenan Satem must take this matter seriously as the blackout has severely affected the loss of income by the business operators and caused grave inconvenience to the general public. Blackout shall not always be condoned by a mere apology or remorse from Sarawak Energy.<\/p>\n<p>5. I will move a motion to legislate provision to protect the consumer&#8217;s rights and interests if I were given a chance to be the elected representative in DUN Sarawak.<\/p>\n<p>6. It is always fair and just for Sarawak Energy to compensate the affected merchants or any consumers due to blackout just like it also imposes penalty of late payment of electricity bills or even fine on the consumers for their wrong doings.<\/p>\n<p>7. Consumers are always the boss.
