According to the complainant, the air pollution is affecting the health of his workers and causing his workers to have breathing difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>The business operator (complainant) had already lodged complaints on the air pollution caused by the metal and plastic recycling factory to Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU) and the Department of Environment through Talikhidmat.
