{"id":34892,"date":"2026-05-31T10:52:44","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T02:52:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=34892"},"modified":"2026-06-11T10:53:44","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T02:53:44","slug":"wilfred-yap-hands-over-rm20000-mrp-grant-to-sam-san-kuet-bong-temple-for-upgrading-works","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=34892","title":{"rendered":"Wilfred Yap Hands Over RM20,000 MRP Grant to Sam San Kuet Bong Temple for Upgrading Works"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kota Sentosa Assemblyman, YB Wilfred Yap Yau Sin, today visited the Sam San Kuet Bong Temple at Seven Mile to officially hand over a Minor Rural Project (MRP) grant amounting to RM20,000 to support upgrading works at the temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grant will be utilised to pay for the workmanship costs associated with the installation of granite tiles within the temple premises, a project aimed at improving the safety, cleanliness, and overall environment of the temple for devotees and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking during the handover ceremony, Yap said places of worship play an important role in fostering community harmony, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting moral values within society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am pleased to support Sam San Kuet Bong Temple through this RM20,000 MRP grant.
