He said strong language proficiency is essential in developing confident, knowledgeable and competitive young Malaysians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He noted that PPBM 5.0 is designed to strengthen students\u2019 skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking, while also nurturing critical thinking and effective communication.
