The works included upgrading the drainage system and improving the backlane walkway to enhance safety, accessibility, and cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap expressed relief and satisfaction that the project had been completed despite earlier delays, thanking MBKS for their close monitoring and supervision to ensure quality completion within the revised timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am relieved that this long-awaited project is now completed. I would like to thank MBKS for their dedication and close supervision which ensured the project\u2019s success. The improved drainage and walkway will provide greater convenience and safety for residents, especially school children and pedestrians in the area,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap added that the project reflects the Sarawak Government\u2019s commitment under the RTP initiative to uplift community infrastructure and improve living standards.
