In delivering Dr. Sim\u2019s message, Yap conveyed his apologies for not being able to attend the event due to official commitments. He also outlined the government\u2019s continued efforts under Dr. Sim\u2019s leadership to strengthen public health delivery in the post-pandemic era. These include enhancing rural healthcare access, expanding local training and job placements for Sarawakian health professionals, accelerating digital transformation in healthcare services, and working closely with unions like SMSU to ensure policies are grounded in real-world needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
