Stampin (GPS-SUPP)candidate, Lo Khere Chiang said the Stampin people should vote for him in the 15th general election as being a GPS candidate, he can do a lot of things that the Opposition parties cannot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Unity Night at a restaurant, Lo said only GPS can bring about a stable government and this is the Sarawak government that can provide Sarawakians peace and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said there is no other party that can do it except GPS. Stating that there is so much political instability in West Malaysia, Lo pointed out that for the past four years, there have already been three Prime Ministers for Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I win, I will bring to Parliament what I cannot do in state. The 15th mile roundabout designed by JKR in West Malaysia which causes a lot of accidents, said, he will tell them to remove the roundabout in the middle of Pan Borneo highways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo said he wanted to ensure that JKR and the Drainage Irrigation department from West Malaysia would not interfere in the planning of Sarawak roads and drainages. \u201cAs they are so far away, they cannot plan for us but we should do it ourselves as we know better,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saying that his rival, DAP Chong Chieng Jen has been Stampin MP for the past five years, he did not see any progress in the Stampin area. He said he must praise Bandar Kuching DAP MP Dr. Kelvin Yii Lee Wuen who does better than his colleague. He said Dr Yii despite only being a term as MP has produced his report card unlike Chong who has been there for three terms but failed to come up with even a report card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also scolded Chong for claiming that he is greedy for wanting to be a candidate for Stampin. Instead, Chong himself was a ADUN, a MP and a deputy minister during the Pakatan Harapan 22 months rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said as Padawan Municipal Council Chairman, he has done over 1000 projects in the last five years. This is my report card to Chong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo called on Sarawakians to vote in all the 31 GPS candidates to show to the public what they can do for Sarawak instead of just shouting like the Opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
