So please take care of it, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo added that Community parks like this normally provides a variety of benefits to the surrounding area. Community Parks are meant to have many activities and amenities to keep visitors of all ages active and engaged for an entire day.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBecause it is a safe place for physical activity, it will help to enhance and elevate value of the property market in the immediate vicinity. There are also many other ways for both the residents and local government officials to benefit from such recreational parks,\u201d  he added. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He thanked Local Government and Housing Minister, Dato\u2019 Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian for officiating at the ceremony and for securing the funds to finance this project from the State Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo also urged the Padawan community to extend their support to the GPS government so that they will continue to take care of the welfare of the Sarawakians well and not to let outsiders who know little to nothing about Sarawak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Padawan Recreational park cost RM1.5 million which stands on 1.51 acre.
