He added that there are people who received both doses and were again infected.<br> <br>Dr. Sim said Sarawak has finally ranked first in 1st dose and second in 2nd dose in Malaysia. He said this is happening as Sarawak dares to think big and start small but keep the momentum up fast.<br> <br>Although, he added, Sarawak did not have as many doctors and nurses as compared to the rest of Malaysia, Sarawak is more  passionately enthusiastic to jab as many as possible to create a herd immunity.
