Time will tell which is the better choice for MCA.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak today made the\u00a0MCA President Liow Tiong Lai the new Transport Minister while Deputy MCA and Gerakan President, Mah Siew Keong \u00a0were appointed as Minister&#8217;s in the PM department.
