However, Wilfred Yap who is also a Councillor of Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) shall put forward his recommendation to MPP during the next full council meeting for the performance criteria\u00a0 for grading contractors used by\u00a0 MPP as a guideline during open tender evaluation for awarding projects should be further tightened and more stringent. This is to ensure that only the best contractors are awarded projects by MPP and the projects awarded will be completed on schedule and of high quality for the benefit and usage of the public,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Yap promised to be the eyes and ears of the community living there to ensure that the infrastructure facilities in Kota Sentosa area are\u00a0 maintained properly for the benefit of the community living there.
