He called\u00a0to the Health Ministry to do something to help the patients in Siburan\u00a0area.<\/p>\n<p>He said the clinic has only one\u00a0 ambulance. Tan Kai went for a follow\u00a0up as\u00a0 Lai Kim who was ferried to Serian hospital for treatment died\u00a0on the way.
