Mile 6, Mile 7 and\u00a0Mile 10 is scheduled to be completed by Oct 30, 2020 and road\u00a0commuters are urged to be patient.<\/p>\n<p>He said the projects costing RM50 million started last year and he\u00a0understood the complaints of the traffic jams along the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBear with us and by 2020, we will have a smooth traffic flow. At the\u00a0meantime, we have to put up with it,\u201d he said of the jams.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest challenges, he said was the underground water piping which\u00a0could not be shut down when work was being carried out as they cater\u00a0to the industrial area in Sejikat, Demak Laut and Samajaya.<\/p>\n<p>Lo said it was unfortunate that 84,000 vehicles were daily on the road\u00a0from the city to Serian and there was only one road available.<\/p>\n<p>He hoped that the Federal government will not suspend the project of a\u00a08 kilometer road costing RM372 million from Stampin Baru to Kampung\u00a0Empit in Muara Tuang.
