{"id":20157,"date":"2017-11-26T21:02:30","date_gmt":"2017-11-26T13:02:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=20157"},"modified":"2017-11-27T08:51:25","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T00:51:25","slug":"dr-sim-sgh-needs-more-blood-donors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=20157","title":{"rendered":"Dr Sim: SGH needs more blood donors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Minister of Local Government and Housing Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian said Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) needs an average of\u00a0 250 blood donors daily to meet the needs of the hospital\u00a0to save lives.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the Blood Donors Appreciation ceremony at Boulevard shopping mall yesterday, Dr. Sim said with a population of 750,000 in Kuching, it is not difficult to achieve the number of 250.<\/p>\n<p>However, he said it is a matter of will and the people&#8217;s civic consciousness to do it.
