Not to forget before the last state election, DAP captured most if\u00a0not all the Chinese seats in urban area and got so many YBs in both\u00a0State and Parliament. As law maker, those many DAP YBs over so many\u00a0years have failed to change or amend the law for the benefit of the\u00a0people.<\/p>\n
It only shows how incompetent and ineffective of DAP YBs in the Dewan\u00a0Undangan to bring any changes to the unfavorable law.<\/p>\n
It’s not about changing the government policy but changing the law\u00a0itself as every policy is derived based on certain law enacted. As\u00a0an Adun for Pending, she is slapping her own face by saying that the\u00a0land title and land transfer issues at her own constituency remain\u00a0outstanding and unresolved for the past 10 years.<\/p>\n
It’s also unbelievable that a law maker is urging the government to\u00a0resolve issues encountered by the people where the underlying root of\u00a0the issue lies in the law making process. As ADUN in Dewan Undangan,\u00a0not only YB Violet and YB Chong should bring up the land title issue for\u00a0debate but also show result by having the law amended for the good\u00a0sake of the people. (Not only raised it in DUN but also have the law\u00a0passed in DUN)<\/p>\n
