The public have also requested for assistance to highlight the matter to the relevant authorities to rectify the current predicament faced by internet users to enhance, improve and increase the quality of internet speed by improving telecommunication infrastructure.

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau is therefore disappointed with DAP opposition on the construction of telecommunication towers to increase internet speed and connectivity. Such opposition by DAP leaders clearly shows they are not in sync with the urgent need to catch up the new age of internet revolution.

Instead of criticizing just for the sake of criticizing, SUPP Public Complaints Bureau hopes that Sarawak DAP YBs would be more progressive thinking for the good of Sarawakians and come up with positive suggestions on the best site to construct telecommunication towers that will benefit the public as digital growth in Sarawak is already slow compared with other states in Peninsular Malaysia.

On another unrelated matter, SUPP Public Complaints Bureau Chief, Wilfred Yap was asked for legal advice by Persatuan Chung Hua Lundu (Lundu Chung Hua Association)(2003) to prepare legal documentation to enable them to secure land to be used as a Chinese Cemetery. This is because the current cemetery land used by the Chinese Community in Lundu will be inadequate in the near future.

SUPP PCB Chief Wilfred Yap and members of Persatuan Chung Hua Lundu (Lundu Chung Hua Association)(2003) and the relevant parties in a meeting and negotiations for securing the land for a Chinese Cemetery for Lundu

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) has been receiving complaints from the public on slow internet connection speed in their residential areas.
