He had also served in Terengganu, Sabah and in Kuching before.<\/p>\n<p>Lukas said drug situation is not as bad in Sarawak as in Penang but said it is still a must to eliminate this abuse which destroyed families.<\/p>\n<p>Moses opted for early retirement due to poor health.
