Kesa, Sarikei after receiving information that the long house\u00a0had leaking roofs and broken floor aside fro other land issue.<\/p>\n<p>Teng went and discussed the issues with the Tuai Rumah. He said he\u00a0will talk to the authority on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>At Siong Chong Road, Teng also dropped by to visit a single mother\u00a0with 6 children aged between 1 to 16 years of age.<\/p>\n<p>Teng said all the children were unfortunately not schooling and living\u00a0in a decapitated house with leaking roof.<\/p>\n<p>He said he will seek out the Welfare department to assist the family\u00a0and ensure that the younger children are back to school.<\/p>\n<p>And at Meruton Sarikei, Teng went to see a couple who has no stable\u00a0job but three school going children living in a poor, unhygienic\u00a0condition,<\/p>\n<p>After applying for their welfare, Teng thanked the authority for\u00a0looking in their plight.
