{"id":10121,"date":"2016-03-31T17:17:24","date_gmt":"2016-03-31T09:17:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=10121"},"modified":"2016-03-31T19:55:18","modified_gmt":"2016-03-31T11:55:18","slug":"press-release-dated-31st-march-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=10121","title":{"rendered":"PRESS RELEASE DATED 31st March 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SUPP\u2019s new leadership team ready for state elections<\/p>\n<p>In response to CM Adenan\u2019s dissolution of DUN, I am happy to share that SUPP\u2019s new leadership team is ready for the upcoming state elections.<\/p>\n<p>We have been steadily building up our leadership team and candidates to serve our constituencies. Our people have been spending a lot of time on the ground listening to the Rakyat to understand the key issues and find solutions for them.<\/p>\n<p>Even before this upcoming election, the party and I have already achieved some significant milestones (e.g., in education), and we hope that with this election the rakyat gives CM Adenan and SUPP a strong mandate for the next 5 years to do more.<\/p>\n<p>This will be a critical election for Sarawakians as one of the key issues is to acquire back Sarawak\u2019s autonomy; which only a strong state Government can be credible against the Federal Government in negotiations.
