The AGM of Twinswood Sdn. Bhd. was held on 22\/12\/2013 and this, as far as I am aware of, was the first time I received such notice of AGM. I therefore requested my brother to attend, Wong Ching Yong, as my proxy.<\/p>\n
In the AGM, my brother Wong Ching Yong informed the meeting chaired by Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh that I contemplated to transfer the 20,000 ordinary shares held in trust for SUPP, back to SUPP.<\/p>\n
Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh then made the following remarks:<\/p>\n
(a) None of the 50 shareholders of Twinswood Sdn. Bhd. had paid up the shares personally. The paid up capital of RM 1 million was from donations from the party members and supporters.<\/p>\n
(b) Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh said he neither was aware of the whereabouts of the 50 shares certificates nor the transfer of shares forms.<\/p>\n
(c) Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh suggested to sell the 3 units of the shop lots and donated the proceeds from the disposal to charitable organizations.<\/p>\n
(4) I completely disagreed with the suggestion of Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh to donate the proceeds of the proposed sale to charitable organizations. The 3 lots of shop houses are SUPP properties. Any decision must be made by SUPP.<\/p>\n
(5) I now say that the 50 shareholders are all the trustees of SUPP because:-<\/p>\n
None of the shareholders possesses the said share certificate of 20,000 ordinary shares.<\/p>\n
(b) If any of the 50 shareholders had paid up the 20,000 shares personally, please show the receipts.<\/p>\n
(c) In the celebrations of the formation of SUPP 30th Anniversary, the opening of the SUPP Sibu Branch office was an important event and was officiated by Tan Sri Dr. Wong Soon Kai the then Branch chairman of SUPP Sibu Branch.<\/p>\n
(6) I urge SUPP party central to take all appropriate legal action if necessary and start a writ action as soon as possible to recover the party\u2019s properties.
