This is because some of the seats have too many voters while others in\u00a0rural area are just too large geographically.<\/p>\n<p>Both scenarios are not only unfair to the voters but also to the respective YBs to serve their constituencies well.<\/p>\n<p>SUPP will definitely eye for new seats which are delineated from SUPP seats &#8211; be it in the urban or in rural areas.
