Work was incompleted due to the protest put up by the particular house owner. <br> <br>He claimed that he himself had repaired the drain recently. <br> <br>Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) councillor Tnay Li Ping and the community leader visited the owner this morning to explain to the house owner the importance of upgrading works held by MPP. <br> <br>After talking to the owner agreed to let contractors to complete the job. Tnay said it is part of the drainage upgrading to prevent flash flood there.
