{"id":25414,"date":"2020-01-14T19:44:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T11:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=25414"},"modified":"2020-01-14T20:50:36","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T12:50:36","slug":"assistant-minister-in-the-chief-ministers-department-datuk-sharifah-hasidah-statement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=25414","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister\u2019s Department, Datuk Sharifah Hasidah statement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Three application were made and fixed for hearing today before the High Court of Sabah &amp; Sarawak in Kuching involving Sarawak suing Petroliam\u00a0<br>Nasional Berhad (Petronas) for unpaid state sales tax (SST) and penalties amounting to RM1.3 billion, stated Assistant Minister in the CM\u2019s department, Datuk Sharifah Hasidah ( Law, State-Federal Relations and Project Monitoring).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement issued, she said the applications were supposed to be heard in Chambers,\u00a0the applications were fixed to be heard in Open Court.
