The MPP, he said, is not responsible for\u00a0everything. Neither can the council move in to undertake the services\u00a0of other monitoring government agencies.<\/p>\n<p>MPP, he added, cannot simply dispense its council&#8217;s fund to carry out\u00a0works that do not come under its responsibilities as we are subject to\u00a0audit queries and the public accounts committee, PAC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a responsible Parliamentarian and a federal deputy minister, YB\u00a0Chong should do his own homework and find out whether the federal\u00a0government has allocated money for grass cutting along federal\u00a0protocol roads? Is the sum allocated sufficient to do the job? Chong\u00a0has complete access to JKR Malaysia and he should have known that\u00a0there are no allocations as far back as November and December 2018.
