State Assemblyman for Piasau, Datuk Sebatian Ting handed his\u00a0citizenship papers to the boy at his Piasau branch this morning.<\/p>\n<p>The boy has been stateless and the parents had been doing their best to apply for his\u00a0citizenship for years.
