{"id":20698,"date":"2018-01-15T17:43:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-15T09:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=20698"},"modified":"2018-01-15T21:50:34","modified_gmt":"2018-01-15T13:50:34","slug":"receiving-certificate-of-site-possession","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=20698","title":{"rendered":"Receiving Certificate of Site possession"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang was happy\u00a0for the residents of Kampung Buinga Rampai who got their\u00a0Certificate of Site possession for proposed single storey terrace\u00a0houses on Lot 697 to 754, Block 11, Senggi Poak Land District at\u00a0Kampung Bunga Rampai, Off Jalan Bau, Kuching.\u00a0 The residents received\u00a0the certificates from the Housing Development Corporation (HDC)\u00a0Sarawak.<\/p>\n<p>He\u00a0said the certificate generally grant the contractor exclusive\u00a0possession of the site until completion and it was a memorial day for\u00a0the kampung folks as they have waited for over 35 years for such a\u00a0project to be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The construction period for the proposed 122 units of single\u00a0storey terraced houses is expected to take about 21 months involving\u00a0an estimated cost of RM23 million. With the completiton of the\u00a0project, the issues related to food and landslides will also be a\u00a0thing of the past.<\/p>\n<p>Witnessing today\u2019s signing and handing over of Certificate to the\u00a0contractor, Saratech Sdn. Bhd. are N13 Batu Kitang, YB Lo Khere\u00a0Chiang, Mr Mohamad Asman Ahmad, CEO of HDC, Ms Anielia Ak Siam, Bau\u00a0District Officer and Kpg Bunga Rampai, Head of Kampung Bunga Rampai,\u00a0HJ Rafaee Bin Hj.
