The individuals had already fully paid the local tour company for the tour to a foreign country.<\/p>\n<p>SUPP PCB was informed that the tour did not proceed as planned due to last minute cancellation by the foreign tour operator and that his tour company was in the process of getting the refund of the payments his tour company had made to the foreign tour operator.<\/p>\n<p>Following \u00a0a negotiation\/mediation, the parties agreed to allow the local tour company to make the refunds by four (4) monthly installment.
