{"id":10508,"date":"2016-05-13T18:45:01","date_gmt":"2016-05-13T10:45:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=10508"},"modified":"2016-05-13T21:24:45","modified_gmt":"2016-05-13T13:24:45","slug":"milton-our-sgh-is-in-bad-shape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.suppnewsportal.com\/main\/?p=10508","title":{"rendered":"Milton: Our SGH is in bad shape"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sarawak United Peoples\u2019 Party Pending branch deputy secretary, \u00a0(SUPP) Milton Foo\u00a0 urged the Sarawak general hospital administrative department to deal with the hospital lifts which had been broken the last few months.<\/p>\n<p>Foo in a press conference said he had gone to visit a party comrade a few months ago and saw that out of the six lifts, three were broken and one was used for emergency by doctors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat left only two of the lifts in working condition which is really taxing for the elderly, the sick and children who were forced to walk up the floors,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>Foo said he had gone to the Administration department to check out the problem and was told that the lifts are old and the department is waiting for the federal fund to change the lift.<\/p>\n<p>Just recently Foo was at the hospital to visit someone when he saw that the lifts were still not changed or repair yet.<\/p>\n<p>He said lifts should be maintained frequently to prevent them from breaking down.
