PR1MA Malaysia to be built in Pending

Affordable home projects of Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia to be built in Pending is good news to young people who wish to own their dream house.

SUPP Youth Central Publicity Milton Foo said this through a press release yesterday.

He disclosed that SUPP President Senator Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian had confirmed with PR1MA that the government confirmed to build more than 1,300 units of apartment in Pending and the project is scheduled to be accomplished in 2018.

Dr Sim is looking for more 1Malaysia People’s Housing projects to be implemented in the Chinese area like Batu Kawa and Jalan Kuching/Serian to enable more middle income people to own a place.

Foo was glad that finally the affordable houses wil be available in Kuching after he proposed and followed up the issue. To help everyone to own a house is one of his goals when he first joined politic.

PR1MA is open to all Malaysians to apply. Applicant must be at 21 years old at the time of application. It is open to individuals or families (husband and wife) with an average monthly household income of between RM2,500 to RM10,000 who own not more than one property.

PR1MA property is 20 per cent lower than market price with government subsidy. The houses are priced from RM100,000 to RM400,000.

RUMAH PR1MA @ Sarawak Expo will be held from March 11 to 13 from 10am to 7pm in old DUN building. Members of public are welcome to the expo.

PR1MA Project in Sarawak includes PR1MA at Vista Tunku (1,877 units), PR1MA at Matang (912 units), PR1MA at Matang 2 (448 units), PR1MA at Semenggoh (1,260 units), PR1MA at Sibu (1,096 units), PR1MA at Petrajaya 2(616 units), PR1MA at Sungai Plan (1,656 units) and PR1MA at Bintawa (1,320 units).
