Working visit to Miri City council
Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian Minister for Local government and Housing Sarawak, deputy permanent Secretary of Ministry Susan Loh, paid a working visit to Miri City council yesterday afternoon. Dr. Sim also held a meeting with Mayor Adam Yii and staff to know the issues and projects in the Miri council.
10哩兰迪路人民组屋2020年建竣
巴达旺市议会主席罗克强披露，为了让地区上的人民受惠，位于10哩的兰迪路的8层楼人民组屋计划预计可与2020年11月杪建峻。 他说，有关的人民组屋计划正兴建443个单位，届时也增加房屋供应。他表示，目前上述工程已经开始展开。同时，他表示该工程是于2017年5月开始策划，而工程也耗资8500万令吉，由国家房屋局（JPN）注资兴建。 也是巴都吉当区州议员的罗克强是在砂房屋发展机构首席执行员的陪同下召开新闻发布会时，如是指出。 此外，他也指出，巴都吉当的甘榜拉拜花园也已获准兴建122间单层的可负担房屋。该计划也将优先让地区上人民申请购买，尤其是那些居家常受到水患问题及面对土崩问题的人士。 他说，该房屋计划价格将低于10万令吉，若在公开市场售卖则可能高至20万令吉不等，因此认为该房屋的兴建将惠及当地人民。 他也指出，上述房屋发展计划也是首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里当年担任房屋部长时宣布兴建，因此他感谢首长特别关照巴都吉当选区人民。
Housing for Batu Kitang area
A total of 122 units of single storey house, Project Kpg Bunga Rampai and 433 units of 7-storey PPR flats will be constructed in Batu Kitang area for the lower income group.
