砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员罗克强日前协助1名听障人士获得助听器。 该名听障人士是居住在煤炭路组屋的诺丽娜，罗克强是透过其友人获得助听器，其善心友人要求保密身份。 罗克强表示，尽管其友人保持低调，不过他还是想要分享这个故事，希望鼓励更多人为这个社会付出关怀和善心。他认为，善良是残障人士可以“感受”到，因此有能力者，必须付出爱心。
