罗克强派发蜜枣
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强于今日与沈桂贤医生团队一起派发蜜枣予选区上的清真寺和祈祷室。 在斋戒月期间，蜜枣是一种象征性的食物，深受马来同胞欢迎。 罗克强感谢沈桂贤医生团队的配合，让派发蜜枣的活动顺利进行。
罗克强援助不幸一群
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强于日前拜访实都东巴鲁5家不幸一群的住户，向他们伸出援手。 他希望本身的小小帮助，可以减轻他们的负担，在生活上为他们带来希望，继续以正面的心态面对一切考验。 他也感谢热心人士莎比雅协助安排这次拜访行程，并且照顾这些不幸一群。

美里埔奕二号路于昨日傍晚发生野火，经消防员的努力后将火苗扑灭。 据消防队队长那拉英表示，这起野火已是今日的第五起，而昨日下午前往柏迈再也巡视戒节月摊位后的砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师，也前往现场了解情况。 陈超耀吁请公众在目前的干旱季节要小心林火，勿随意露天焚烧。
与首相开斋晚宴
首相拿督斯里纳吉于9日晚上与巫统最高理事、资深领袖和国阵成员党领袖在吉隆坡世贸中心礼堂享用开斋晚宴。 在场包括首相夫人拿汀斯里罗斯玛、副首相拿督斯里阿末扎希、马华总会长拿督斯里廖中莱、砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤医生、民进党主席拿督斯里张庆信等等。 纳吉也在晚宴上，颁发开斋节赠品予参与晚宴的孤儿。

Sarikei Open Basketball Competition coorganised by Unisport and Sarikei basketball association had successfully come to the end last night. More competition will be organised to inculcate and create more basketball star for Sarikei .

Fire at Regency Park
Dato Sebastian Ting helped alert the Fire brigade at 6pm in Pujut 2B Regency Park yesterday. Residents noticed some fire had started in the bushes and informed Cr. Karambir who called Ting. The fire brigade team rushed to the scene to put out the fire. According to the Team Leader Narain Singh this was the 5th fire yesterday Ting requested everyone to be careful as the the weather is hot and dry and some areas are prone to bush fires.
