SUPP leaders led by President, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian congratulated Datin Patinggi Datuk Amar Jamilah Anu for winning 6,573 votes, which earned her a massive 6,443-majority over the 130 votes received by Rapelson Richard Hamit of Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDS Baru), and 108 votes for Johnny Aput of State Reform Party Sarawak (STAR) in the just concluded Tg Datu by election. Application process for PR1MA Bintawa housing

罗克强参与清洁运动

人联党朋岭支部一马房屋说明会
于2016年秒正式开放申请的民达华一马可负担房屋（PR1MA Bintawa）受到不少民众的欢迎。然而有不少的民众对申请的过程有很大的疑问和不了解。 为此，人联党朋岭支部将于本月25日及26日，联合一马可负担房屋发展公司（PR1MA）联合举办一项说明会，让民众更能了解其申请的程序和最新的发展。 朋岭支部青年团秘书符祥威呼吁想要购买一马房屋的民众可以到现场了解有关一马房屋计划，尤其是坐落在朋领区民达华的一马公寓。 这项说明会将在人联党总部团结厅举行。同时，PR1MA与有关发展商也将设立柜台协助民众当场注册和了解古晋区的PR1MA房屋计划。民众如有任何疑问可联系人联党朋岭支部办公室（082-331776）或Byron Chang 人联党总部（082-246999）。
沈桂贤出席童军活动
砂地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤表示，大马童军人数共有80万人，表示每30人之中有1人是童军。 他称，童军是砂拉越的未来栋梁，童军是纪律团队，同时，也是迈向国际的联系网。 他表示，童军创始人贝登堡也是因为梦想才创办了童军，因此他呼吁童军们应该放眼世界视野，追逐梦想。 沈桂贤是出席全砂第一届童军和平使者(messenger of peace)及创办人罗伯森贝登堡日活动，受邀致词时，这么表示。 “童军创始人的和平讯息极其重要，尤其是在建设社区和平，环境和平及个人和平方面。” 沈桂贤称，砂首长承诺将继续维持和平，这么一来才能打造更和谐的环境。 此外，他认为，童军团体所培养的自救技巧，也可以为砂拉越或全国提供自愿援助工作，为社会贡献更多。 据悉，全砂第一届童军和平使者(messenger of peace)及创办人罗伯森贝登堡日活动共有1800人参与，分别来自30所学校。沈桂贤也宣布拨款2万令吉以示支持这项活动。
砂人联党领袖恭贺查米拉胜选
国阵候选人潘斯里拿督阿玛查米拉在丹绒拿督补选三角战中取胜，以6443张多数票当选为州议员。 查米拉得票6573张，以超越其先夫拿督巴丁宜阿迪南沙登上届得票和胜出多数票的压倒性优势，横扫两名反对党对手。砂革新党佐尼阿柏，以及砂新达雅党拉柏森，分别仅是得票108张和130张，双双失去按柜金溃败。 国阵查米拉获92.2%票数，废票为80张。此次补选投票率是69.2%，较选委会放眼的75%目标低约6%。去年州选投票率则是70.1%。 选举官韩先阿达于18日晚上7时50分在伦乐民众会堂宣布补选成绩。 查米拉在山都望私邸等待成绩，其儿子阿兹祖则代表其在伦乐民众会堂。 选区原任议员阿迪南沙登于今年1月11日，因心脏病在哥打三马拉汉砂州心脏中心逝世，因此丹绒拿督州议席需进行补选。 砂人联党领袖于18日晚上聚集在查米拉住家，向她献上祝贺。 在场分别是党主席拿督沈桂贤、秘书长拿督陈超耀律师、财政拿督陈冠勋和芦勃区州议员拿督斯里范长锡。
