巴都吉当开斋节活动
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员罗克强于今日出席甘榜巴都吉当乡村安全与发展委员会举办的开斋节活动，地点是位于甘榜巴都吉当的礼堂。 罗克强在活动上向村民保证，会有更多拨款充作地方上的发展用途，提升各地的基建设施。 他说，这些基建设施是包括道路及沟渠等等，比如煤炭路和7哩的路段都会提升。 其他地区方面，则包括巴都吉当甘榜周围的沟渠和道路都会进行提升。 他表示，一些地方无法在短时间内进行提升工程，主要是工程需要按部就班进行。 他呼吁村民若面对什么问题，可向他表达，而他会尽量解决。

Appreciation dinner for DID
Local Government Minister, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, held a dinner for the Drainage and Irrigation Departmen (DID) in appreciation of their efforts and dedication. Dr. Sim said human resources is the most important asset of any organisation and the dinner on Friday night at Pullman Water front was to appreciate for what they had done since 49 years ago.
