砂地方政府部部长拿督沈桂贤于日前巡视林梦医院。 陪同者包括人联青总团长陈开及柏拉旺支部秘书程明智。 尽管卫生事务是属于联邦政府管辖，但沈桂贤还是积极代表砂政府关注本地的医药设施，确保每个地区的人民都可以享有良好的医药服务。
Dr Sim concern for medical staff in Sarawak
Local Minister Senator Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian said although hospital is under Ministry of Health Malaysia in Putrajaya, he has spent his most productive years of his skills for the medical services and medical profession for Sarawakians. He assured that he will always help not just for better health facilities for Sarawakians but also help to fight for the welfare of the hospital staff who served in Sarawak.

Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem today called on opposition parties, NGOs and the people of Sarawak to back the state government to restore the state’s powers and rights as stated in the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
