英吉利里选区的砂拉越人民联合党员和支持者，强烈反对原本属人联党选区的英吉利里州选区落入国阵其他成员党手中。 英吉利里选区的人联党支部日前展开一项签名情愿运动，以表达他们捍卫这个州议席意愿和决心，有关签名运动的备忘录今天移交给人联党党主席拿督沈桂贤。 该支部在备忘录中表明，他们完全不认同国阵直属议员佐尼科拉绒中选后，将原本属于人联党的议席连人带席加入土保党。 “我们明白没有权利阻止佐尼科拉绒要加入土保党的决定，但是绝对不认同和支持他也把这个州议席一起带入土保党。” 因此，英吉利里选区的人联党党员和支持者呼吁州国阵必须从国阵现有的政权分享层面做出考量，确保砂拉越持续享有政治稳定局面，并提醒国阵成员党必须加强成员党之间的相互尊重与合作精神，而非破坏。

砂人联党对于内阁砂代表减少感失望
砂拉越人民联合党对于联邦内阁重组中，砂拉越的代表减少感到失望。 党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师指出，在原任联邦种植与原产业部部长拿督阿玛道格拉斯辞去官职后，砂拉越就失去了一名代表。原以为首相拿督斯里纳吉会委任来自砂拉越的代表填补，不过却事与愿违。 他说，砂拉越面积辽阔，理应在内阁拥有更多代表。 “我们知道委任内阁代表是首相特权，惟我们期望砂拉越可以拥有更多代表在内阁之中。” 无论如何，对于老越国会议员拿督亨利宋受委副部长，砂人联党献上真诚祝贺，并深信后者可以胜任。 此外，砂人联党也恭贺民政党主席拿督马袖强受委种植与原产业部部长。 “砂拉越拥有辽阔的油棕种植园，希望马袖强能与道格拉斯展开合作，协助推动油棕领域的发展。就像前任砂人联党主席丹斯里陈华贵在2004年至2009年担任该部门部长一样。”
Disappointed with decreasing representation
Datuk Dr Sim, although admitting that the appointment of Ministers is definitely the prerogative of the Prime Minister, Sarawakians are definitely disappointed with the decreasing representation of our Dayak communities as full Ministers in the Federal Cabinet. He reiterated we are down to three Senators from Sarawak and now from seven down to five full Ministers since 2013.

投诉局成功为小孩申请身份证
砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星日前接获一名来自八点地的蔡氏要求协助办理有关其智力障碍小孩身份证。 该名父亲告知其小孩12岁时身体患有疾病而无法到国民登记局办理身份证。如今该名小孩已21岁且迫切需要身份证以获得政府的援助金。 这起事件起因是该名父亲不了解办理身份证的相关程序及逾期登记所需的文件。 焦虑的蔡先生翻阅报章得知人联公共投诉局帮助民众处理公共投诉后前往寻求协助。 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星得知该名父亲的困境后已成功协助蔡先生向国民登记局办理并获得该名小孩的身份证（逾期登记）。 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局在此呼吁有关国民登记局有移动团队以协助服务大众。民众可向移动团队要求协助倘若有充份的理由证明无法前往国民登记局办理相关事宜。 人联党公共投诉局提醒如有面对相关问题之民众可前来寻求协助。经查证属实，人联党将伸出援手且尽力解决问题。任何相关事宜可联系公共投诉局016-7797688及082246999或亲临人联党总部。
