七哩商联幼儿园教师节与达雅节庆典
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强于今早出席七哩商联幼儿园教师节与达雅节庆典。 他相信，这也是本地唯一一所幼儿园，同时庆祝教师节和达雅节，非常有意义。 “幼儿园老师非常伟大，学生和家长必须尊师重道，感谢老师的教诲。” 他说，虽然幼儿园老师的薪金并不多，但是老师仍然站稳脚步，付出爱心、耐心和时间，培育品学兼优，身心健康的幼儿园学生。他希望幼儿园董事会制定合理的薪金制，定期调整老师薪金，并给予固定津贴和合理的超时津贴，以提升老师的生活素质。 他相信合理的薪金和津贴，将能够降低幼儿园老师的流动率，确保幼儿园顺畅教学。 虽然七哩商联幼儿园的达雅学生人数不多，但是幼儿园非常重视达雅学生，特别举办活动庆祝达雅节。他希望其他幼儿园和中小学，也能够向七哩商联幼儿园看齐，庆祝达雅节。 他相信通过达雅节庆祝活动，让各族学生互相认识和了解，尊重各族同胞的节庆、文化和宗教信仰。 “各族学生一起在幼儿园学习成长，从小培养国民团结精神，已经是砂拉越州一大特色。” 他鼓励友族学生就读三语并重的幼儿园，不但可以认识各族同学，也可以学好母语、华语和英语。
