Lo on his walkabout thanking voters
Lo Khere Chiang, who won the Batu Kitang constituency in the recent election, did his walkabout yesterday morning to thank the voters for giving him the mandate. He said he would work hard towards what he has assured the people earlier and would do his best.

新科巴都吉当州议员罗克强于今早感谢选民对于他的支持。 他是于今早来到3哩市集与商业中心，感谢选民。 他在三角战中，获得6466张票，击败最接近的对手，行动党候选人阿都阿兹，后者得票4626张。 其他候选人是公正党的温夏妮及两名独立人士苏莱曼和拿督斯里奥曼。
Dato Sebastian winning back the seat from DAP
Piasau new state assemblyman Dato Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew never expected to win back the seat from DAP, and winning it with a 2,112-vote majority. Ting, 66, garnered 7,799 votes while the incumbent Alan Ling Sie Keong from DAP polled 5,687 votes.
